Issue
This was a direct reflect of a change in the system by renaming the Malware role, this caused Jetty to try and merge the two into the new role.
Context initialization failed as SA with the following error -
Context initialization is failing with this error : aused by: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException
at java.util.AbstractCollection.add(AbstractCollection.java:260)
at com.netwitness.platform.server.common.auth.PermissionsInitializer.mergePermissions(PermissionsInitializer.java:111)
Looks like they have renamed Malware Role or one of the Roles and the PermissionInitializer was failing to transform the roles and was throwing UnsupportedOperationException.
Cause
Resolution
1. Stop jettysrv
2. mv /var/lib/netwitness/uax/security-policy, /tmp
3. Start jettysrv
