How do I unsubscribe from RSA Community email notifications?

Applies To
This article applies to any user with an RSA Community account who is receiving email notifications for content such as discussion threads or advisories.
Resolution
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from the RSA Community, including notifications for product advisories, then it is very easy to disable notifications from your account settings.
  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner to access the profile menu, and then click on the My Settings option.

  2. Scroll down to the Email Notifications section and deselect the Enable email notifications option.

  3. Click the Save button in the bottom-right corner to save your changes.

Once you have made this change, you will no longer receive any email advisories from the RSA Community.

(These steps do NOT unsubscribe you from email notifications for support case updates.)
Notes
If you are receiving email notifications for discussion threads that you no longer wish to receive, but you still want to receive advisory notifications, then you will not want to perform the steps above. Instead, you will want to navigate to the product page for which you're receiving email notifications (e.g. RSA ID Plus), hover over the Following button so it changes to display Unfollow, and then click that button to unfollow the product.
