Issue
Using single sign-on (SSO), but test accounts are needed only during the testing phase and you do not want to setup these accounts with SSO. With the SSO authentication source turned on, other authentication sources are not working.
Resolution
You can setup a Test Authenticator or other type of authentication source under Admin > System > Authentication, but you'll need try the following to bypass your SSO authentication source:
  1. There is a special URL to bypass SSO, as in the example here:
https://<server>/aveksa/main?SSOLogin=false
  1. If your web browser was used previously to login with SSO, you may need to clear your browser's cache and try again using the account for the other authentication source.
