Issue
This solution describes steps to find the security context file that holds the custom security settings in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle.

When system privileges are added to a user, these privileges are added in the database and also to a file called SecurityContext.csv used by the Aveksa EDC.
Resolution
If you do not have a SecurityContext.csv loaded under Admin -> User Interface -> Files,  -> Choose "Security Files" under the pull down, is because your security context had been managed directly into the file that is located under:
(6.9.1 or prior)
/home/oracle/jboss-4.2.2.GA/server/default/deploy/aveksa.ear/aveksa.war/WEB-INF/SecurityContext.csv
(7.0.0+)
home/oracle/wildfly-8.2.0.Final/standalone/tmp/vfs/deployment/deploymentb01fe230b4c1104c/aveksa.war-8745c929c0a040a7/WEB-INF/SecurityContext.csv

So, all you have to do is to save a copy of this file using one of the paths above.
