How to remove entitlements of a decommissioned application from user access in RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance

Resolution
Delete the account and the entitlement collectors associated with that application by clicking the Delete button available in the upper right of the screen when you open the application.
This will delete all the entitlements, entitlements mappings ,accounts and account mappings collected from those collectors.
