Platform: Windows
O/S Version: Windows 2012
Issue
The certificate in Authentication Manager displays the serial number in decimal format in the Operations Console. However, the actual certificate displays the serial number in hexadecimal format. In order to verify the certificate in Authentication Manager, the serial number must be converted into hexadecimal format. This solution describes how to convert the serial number of a certificate from decimal format to hexadecimal format.
Resolution
From the Operations Console select Deployment Configuration > Identity Sources > Identity Source Certificates > Manage Existing > View.
This image is incorrect for the steps above.  Note that it says Delete Certificate Confirmation.  Please correct.
