Issue
The error message below is reported when opening enVision Event Explorer. 
Unable to connect to server "localhost."  Please verify that the server is available and configured properly. The details of the error are below:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

Cause
This error occurs because the HTTPS protocols being used are not compatible.
Resolution
Edit EventExplorer.ini found under C:\Program Files\Network Intelligence Corporation\Event Explorer , and include the following: -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1
