Matching entitlements in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle are not displaying when Entitlement Rule is set to Ent Type = global-role in role-set policy

Issue
When a role set uses the entitlement rule of Ent-Type=global-role, as shown below:

Roles using that role set will not show any matching entitlements in the Add Entitlements window, despite there being matching entitlements:

Resolution
This issue has been reproduced by RSA support and reported to engineering in ACM-55664.
 
Workaround
Change the Matching Entitlements field to All Entitlements.  The entitlement list can be refined using the provided grouping and search filters.
