Modified Names of Supervisors are not reflected/updated in the Supervisor Field of supervised Users in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When the name of a Supervisor is modified in the data source and collected by RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle, the modified name of the Supervisor is not reflected/updated in the Supervisor field of User records for those Users managed by the Supervisor. (Users > Users > Supervisor column name; or Users > Users > {User Name} > Supervisor field.)


EXAMPLE
  1. In the example below, user Rita Book has Cherry Blossom as her supervisor:

  1. Supervisor Cherry Blossom's last name is changed to BlossomABC in the data source and collected into RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle:

  1. Rita Book's User record incorrectly shows the Supervisor as Cherry Blossom instead of Cherry BlossomABC.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-104148.
 
Resolution
This issue is being investigated by the Engineering team in order to provide a permanent resolution in a future release.
 
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this issue.
