Issue
Radius Authentication failure being received in the /opt/rsa/am/radius/yyyymmdd.log file.
No entries being seen in the Real-Time Authentication Monitor

04/27/2020 20:58:24 Request did not parse properly, Rejecting
 
Cause
The cause of the error was determined to be a type of software doing a port check. There is no valid radius authentication packet being received on the port.
Resolution
Ignore this error or disable the port checking software.
