You can receive support and service for the RSA SecurID (SID800) Hardware Authenticator until the token expiration date.
RSA will provide full warranty replacement for any device that stops working before its expiration date.
RSA Authentication Client 3.6 works with the RSA SecurID (SID800) Hardware Authenticator so you can perform smart card tasks, such as automatically providing a passcode during authentication. Primary support for the RSA Authentication Client 3.6 ended on June 2017. RSA will provide "Best Effort" support throughout the lifetime of the purchased RSA SecurID 800 Authenticators to resolve configuration issues and security patches at its sole discretion. |
