Issue
Executing the Set Soft Token Device Type (SSTDT) action to specify a software token device profile, the following error is seen in the AMBulkAdminLog.txt log file:
  
Error : 2017-02-10 15:05:13 : Line -CommandUtils.setSoftTokenDeviceType: 
Exception - zero (0) token type found matching family key:Androidand version:2.0
Cause
An invalid device type version value ("2.0" for example) was used in the input file, as shown here: 
Action,Key,KeyType,MiscVariable
SSTDT,Android,FamilyKey,2.0
...
Resolution
The values for the SSTDT Key, KeyType and MiscVariable come from the Software Token Profiles DeviceType.

Valid SSTDT actions based on the Software Token Profiles in the screen shot below are as follows:
  • SSTDT,Android,FamilyKey,2.x
  • SSTDT,iOS,FamilyKey,2.x
  • SSTDT,iPhone,FamilyKey,1.3
  • SSTDT,Browser Toolbar,FamilyKey,1.4
  • SSTDT,Desktop PC,FamilyKey,4.x
