RSA Identify Governance and Lifecycle WorkDay Identity Collector "unexpected element " error

Issue
When collecting against WorkDay version 28.1 or later the RSA Identify Governance and Lifecycle WorkDay Identity Collector fails with the following exception in the /home/oracle/wildfly-8.2.0.Final/standalone/log/aveksaServer.log:
10/24/2017 14:05:27.019 INFO (ApplyChangesRegularThread-94392) [SystemOut] DefaultValidationEventHandler: [ERROR]: unexpected element (uri:"urn:com.workday/bsvc", local:"Worker_Descriptor"). Expected elements are <{urn:com.workday/bsvc}Worker_Reference>,<{urn:com.workday/bsvc}Worker_Data>
Cause
WorkDay introduced additional attributes to the WorkDay WSDL file in version 28.1 for Worker_Job_Data and Manager_Reference.  The original RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle collector was designed and certified against version 23 not 28.a, and as such fails when encountering these attributes in the WSDL file. 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.2 P06 or later.
 
Workaround
There is no known workaround for this issue.  
Notes
Note that new attributes introduced by WorkDay Worker_Job_Data and Manager_Reference are multivalued attributes.  Currently the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle collector can only collect single values for attributes.  If these attributes exist in the source data they will be collected, but if the attributes have more than one value associated with them, only the first value will be collected.
