This section describes how to integrate Salesforce with RSA Cloud Authentication Service using My Page SSO.

Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service

Perform these steps to configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service using My Page SSO.

Procedure

1. Enable My Page SSO by accessing the RSA Cloud Administration Console > Access > My Page > Single Sign-On (SSO).
   Ensure it is enabled and protected using two-factor authentication - Password and Access Policy.                                                       
2. On the Applications > Application Catalog page, search for Salesforce and click Add to add the connection for Salesforce.com.
   
3. On the Basic Information page, enter a name for the configuration in the Name field and click Next Step.                                             
4. On the Connection Profile page, click the IDP-initiated option.                                                                                                           
5. Click Import Metadata and click Choose File. Select the file that is downloaded from the Service Provider.
   See the Configure Salesforce section to download the metadata file.                                                                                                
6. Review the ACS URL and Service Provider Entity ID values that are automatically updated.                                                           
7. In the SAML Response Protection section, select IdP signs assertion within response.
8. Download the certificate by clicking Download Certificate.                                                                                                                 
9. Click Show Advanced Configuration.
10.  Under the User Identity section, configure Identifier Type and Property. For example, Identifier Type: unspecified and Property: mail.                                                                                                                                                 
11. Click Next Step.
12. Choose your desired Access Policy for this application and click Next Step > Save and Finish.                                                            
13. On the My Applications page, click the Edit drop-down list and select Export Metadata to download the metadata.
    
14. Click Publish Changes. Your application is now enabled for SSO.                                                                                                       

Note: The Salesforce Username and the value of the Property specified under the User Identity section should be the same.

Configure Salesforce

Perform these steps to configure Salesforce.

Procedure

1. Sign in to Salesforce admin console. https://login.salesforce.com.
2. In the Salesforce console, click on gear icon and click Open advanced setup.                                                                                           
3. In the left pane, search for Single Sign-On Settings under the Identity section and click it.                                                                     
4. Click Edit and select the SAML Enabled check box, if not selected already, and then click Save.                                                         
5. Click New from Metadata File.                                                                                                                                                                 
6. Choose the metadata file downloaded from RSA and click Create.                                                                                                            
7. Add the downloaded IdP certificate and click Save.                                                                                                                                 
8. Click Download Metadata.                                                                                                                                                                        
9. Navigate to My Domain under Company Settings.
10. Click Edit under Authentication Configuration, select the check box with your configuration name, and then click Save.                 

The configuration is complete.
