Issue

When manually fulfilling the create account request the account template may have default values, or values that the requestor filled in. The fulfiller can update a few of the account template data like Account Name and Password which are editable when fulfiller clicks Perform.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior of the product. We cannot disable this feature.

The fulfiller may need to create the account with different values, for example: if a password does not meet criteria or username was already taken. This is the reason this data are editable in manual fulfillment.
