RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle user account table control type in the request form does not list all accounts when multiple users are selected

Issue
Even if two or more users are selected in the form's user selection page, the user account table control type displays only one user account.
- The request form is shown here. You can see the changes apply to multiply users.
- The screen shot below shows the configuration details for acc_select field.
- Run the form and select two users. Here Brian Cleary and Pam Cyr are selected. Note only one account displays for Brian Cleary.
- No account is displaying for Pam Cyr:
The expected behavior is that accounts for all the selected users will be displayed.
