Issue
Administrators are not able to see the Privileges tab for all users

Resolution
Enable the Privileges tab with the steps outlined below:
  1. Hover to Admin > User Interface > Edit.
  2. There should be an option under the Other Features header for the User Privileges tab.

  1. Change the User Privileges Tab option to On and click OK

  1. Now you can see the Privileges tab enabled for all the users
