This article applies to RSA employees who are logged in to the RSA Community.
Issue
When clicking on a download hyperlink on the RSA Community, the user is taken to the login prompt even when already authenticated to the community.
Cause
This issue occurs when the employee authenticates using the "RSA Employees" hyperlink or via the internal SSO portal. This is because the hosting location (Akamai) where the downloads reside leverages the external (i.e. customer) authentication rather than the internal, employee authentication.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, simply log in via the login prompt (rather than clicking the "RSA Employees" hyperlink) by entering your email address as the User ID. This will allow you to properly authenticate in order to access the download files.
