RSA enVision Event Explorer cannot be accessed after upgrading to patch 7

Issue
When using port 443, the error below is displayed.
The server has an incompatible URL protocol https and port 443 association.
When using the port 8443, the error below id displayed.
The web server for domain is not accessible.
Resolution
To disable the SSLv3 protocol on the EE client, add the following line to the EventExplorer.ini file:
-Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1
