Review overall status bar is not updated when a review is completed in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
In RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle, the Review Results Overall Status bar needs to be manually refreshed to reflect the current status of the review. Once the review is completed, the status cannot be updated. If a review is marked as completed before the status has been updated, the status bar will not reflect the correct status of the completed review.

This can lead to different reviewers seeing different overall status results for the same completed review as in the example below.

This reviewer sees 100% completion:

Another reviewer sees 40% completion even though the review is 100% completed and the status cannot be manually updated:

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-86618. 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patches:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P13
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P07
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P01
