In some Reviews, you may notice that an action was performed and an Entitlement was revoked even though the Review is in the Completed state. You may also see a related comment in the comments history for the affected review items.
When you open the Review items where the decision was changed, you will see that the change occurred on a date after the Review was marked as Completed.
This is not an action performed by the user, but rather an event that is triggered when one or more Entitlements are set to Maintain with Expiration. When the maintenance period reaches its expiry date, the event is triggered, and the Entitlements are revoked. This occurs even if the Review is already in the Completed state. As a result, the following system-generated comment is generated:
