  • Supervisors have their own entitlements to review.
  • The ReminderMailToReviewers Email Template has the To field defined as either Reviewers With Reviewed Items To Sign-Off or Reviewers With Open Items To Sign-Off.

  • The reviewer (Supervisor) has signed off on all entitlements that they are allowed to sign-off on (all but their own) and therefore have completed the review.
Cause
This is a known issue reported in ACM-86823.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P11 and 7.1.0 P05.

Sign-off is an option available in early releases of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle and is being deprecated. Starting in 7.1.0, sign-off is available only when using the legacy view of a User Review. Although available in other review types, there are no plans to maintain the sign-off option. Users are encouraged to define multi-step reviews to replace the sign-off functionality.
