Role Analytics tab under Missing Required Entitlements displays technical roles as global roles in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
Missing Required Entitlements displays technical roles as global roles. Navigate to Roles > Roles > {role name} > Analytics tab and scroll to the bottom to see the Missing Required Entitlements. 

In the example below, TechRole1 is a technical-role but the Entitlement Type is shown as a global-role.

In all other places where roles are visible, a technical role is correctly displayed as a technical role.
  • When viewing the role (Roles > Roles):

  • When adding entitlements to the role: (Roles > Roles > {role name} > Entitlements tab > Add Entitlements button):

  • When viewing entitlements belonging to a role: (Roles > Roles > {role name} > Entitlements tab)

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-85357.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and patch levels:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P10
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P03
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1
