Save Review Items count is not matching the selected items in RSA Identity Management and Governance

Issue
- Generate an Account Access Review.
- Select an account that has an entitlement to review.
- Click on Maintain on the account name and entitlement. You will see a pop-up showing 2 as Maintain, which is correct since you have selected two items to maintain (account name and entitlement).
- Click on Edit Users and change the user.
- Now if you click Maintain on the same account name and the entitlement, the pop-up will show 1 as Maintain, even though you have selected two items to maintain, the same as in the screenshot above,
