System Log Rotation does not work in RSA Authentication Manager 8.5 with compression as bzip2

Issue
The log rotation job runs daily but not rotating logs successfully. The below errors appear in /var/log/messages.

Feb 18 00:00:58 am8.5 systemd[1]: logrotate.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
Feb 18 00:00:58 am8.5 systemd[1]: Failed to start Rotate log files.
Feb 18 00:00:58 am8.5 systemd[1]: logrotate.service: Unit entered failed state.
Feb 18 00:00:58 am8.5 systemd[1]: logrotate.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
Feb 18 00:00:58 am8.5 logrotate[29889]: error: /etc/logrotate.conf:19 compression program /usr/bin/bzip2 is not an executable file
