This article applies to customers who did not receive a CD in their RSA SID700 Token shipment.
RSA changed the default delivery of RSA SID700 OTP token seeds from physical token media via CD to a digital download of token seed files. A CD is not shipped unless it is specifically requested on a SID700 order.
Please see this KB for full details of digital delivery. Decryption of the OTP token seeds remains the same.

NOTE: The token decryption utility is now part of the Digital Token Media download file.
