SecurID is investigating issues with RSA RADIUS data that can prevent the RSA Authentication Manager 8.6 upgrade from succeeding. In this situation, you must restore version 8.5 from a snapshot or promote an existing replica to be the new primary.
SecurID is preparing a required pre-migration script that can locate the RADIUS data that needs to be corrected before upgrading.
If you are using RADIUS, SecurID recommends waiting for the script to become available before upgrading to version 8.6. The script is expected to be available by February 18th.
If you are not using RADIUS, you can upgrade to version 8.6.
Note: SecurID strongly recommends backing up your deployment using either VM snapshots (for virtual deployments) or Clonezilla (for hardware appliances) before upgrading Authentication Manager.
