Resolution
- To determine what files are missing, go to AFX > Connector Templates > [name of connector template] > File Content tab. Under the Name column are the names of both the missing files and the loaded files. The Supplied column indicates whether the file is supplied by RSA or not. Yes means the file is supplied by RSA.
In the example below, the DB2 connector template requires two files to operate: db2jcc.jar and db2jcc_license_co.jar. To use this connector you would need to contact DB2 support to get these files.
- Once the files are available, upload the files to the appropriate template by pressing the Upload File button next to the red X.
