Issue
When terminating a user in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle  (Users > Users > Create Request > Terminate User), the associated GoogleApps account is not disabled when the option Disable accounts in request is checked on the Termination Form.

Cause
The GoogleApps Application created in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle did not have the ability to allow disabling and locking of accounts. As a result, the change request associated with the user termination did not create a change request item for disabling the account. The termination should generate two change request items; one for disabling the account and the other for terminating the user.

EXAMPLE

Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0. The GoogleApps wizard has been redesigned to include the ability to disable and/or lock accounts.
