Issue
Getting authentication cookie
Netscape Navigator web browser users are not able to obtain authentication cookies from the trusted Keon Web PassPort servers
Resolution
The Netscape browser does not properly handle switching sessions from SSL to non-SSL channels. When configuring the ?Multiple Domain Support? list that defines a Web PassPort realm, the URL pointing to the trusted servers must specify an "https:" connection.
