Issue
Errors in SAML debug regarding inability for Relying Party to create a token
SAML transaction is not completing
java.lang.SecurityException: At least anon SSL connection is needed for the function: createToken
Cause
The AServer not allowing the operation because the connection has not met its set requirement for creating tokens using the RuntimeAPI
Resolution
To correct this issue, edit the aserver.conf file and set the value of "cleartrust.runtime_api.security" to a level less than or equal to the current level used for the RTAPI connection.
