Issue

Error: "Could Not Connect to JRun Server" after starting RSA SecurID Web Express
No relevant messages logged to JRun or Web Express logs

JRun not listening on port 8100

Cause

An issue was found in aceclnt.dll that results in a slow authentication response. This response delay causes Web Express to time out.

Resolution

This issue has been corrected by a hot fix. Contact RSA Security Customer Support and request the fix for issue tst00038412.
