Error 'Invalid X.509 certificate uploaded' when adding a new application

Issue
Unable to add a new application in RSA Key Manager
Cause
Certificate provided is in binary format and RSA Key Manager accepts only PEM encoded certificates.
Resolution
To convert a binary certificate to a PEM encoded format follow below steps.
1- On Windows, view the certificate.
2-Click on the Details tab.
3- Click on Copy to file and then click next.
4-When asked to select the export file format, select "Base 64".
