Issue
Unable to collect more than one device type of data from the same IP address.
Resolution
Some devices have multiple event sources installed that are supported by enVision. For example, there could be checkpoint events coming from a Management Station running on a Windows device also creating windows events.
To collect multiple event types from a single device, first configure enVision and the device for one type of event collection. After the device has been discovered and set to active, go to Overview -> System Configuration -> Devices -> Manage Monitored Devices. Click on the device you just configured. Check the multi-device box. Now, configure enVision and the device for another type of event collection. This should resolve the issue.
