Can a software based CA key be moved to a HSM?

Resolution
There is currently no feature or process to move an existing CA key from software to the HSM. It is best to simply create a new CA and specify using the HSM.
Another option is to contact RSA PSO who maybe able to customize the database and use HSM APIs.
