FSM Adapter not being seen by FSM Adapter Manager

Issue
Adapter installed on FileServer in remote location
Went to configure this and starting getting error messages
FSSVC33203 adapter not found
Resolution
Issue was tracked to a firewall issue (TCP port 19978 not enabled)
Verify all ports being used by FSM are enabled through Firewall and not being blocked.
