When trying to apply the patches you receive the error "Wrong OS"
Issue
Would like to apply the latest enVision patches that were downloaded from SCOL
Resolution
Please confirm that the customer has downloaded the patches for the correct OS.  It's also possible to receive this error if the files were corrupt.
