Browser spins and times out after providing Access Manager user credentials

Issue
Unable to log in automatically to RKM Admin console
- User accesses /KMS/
- Access Manager user credentials provided
- Browser spins
- Browser is manually stopped
- User hits /KMS/ again
- User gets in without providing Access Manager credentials
Cause
Resolution
When installing Tomcat connector JK 1.2, ensure that the user (typically NETWORK SERVICE) associated with IIS Application Pool has permission/access to the connector dll (including full path leading to the dll) and to the connector configuration files. Adding 'POWER USERS' group to allow read access to the dll and configuration files is usually sufficient. Failing to setup appropriate permissions can result in failure to load the connector and/or HTTP 401.3 errors when accessing pages via browser.
