Issue
After upgrading from 6021 SP0 P4 to 6021 SP1, the
installer adds geoip_SHORTRUN_1.dat in the config folder
Resolution
It represents a "demo" for a Maxmind geoIP file that can be used by
customers that don't have the official Mamind geoIp database file.
