You need to do a manual fail-over or take services offline. If you don't do that, installation will not able to proceed, you will always see the installation dialog box showing "stopping enVision services" indefinitely
To perform a manual fail-over
1. Login to any enVision nodes through RDP
2. Go to start -> administrative tools -> cluster administrator
3. If a windows called "Open connection to cluster" pop up, select the following:
a. Action: Open connection to cluster
b. Cluster or server name: NICCLSTR
c. Click OK
4. On the left hand tree pane, expand NICCLSTR -> Groups -> LC1
5. Right click and select Move group -> Any inactive CA
To take the CA offline
1. Perform 1-4 as above
2. On the right hand pane, right click "LC1-EA-startup-Manager", select "Take offline"
3. To put the service back online, select "Bring online"
To verify the installation is successfull, check the install_sp.log in the enVision\logs folder, as well as the version number in ver.dat file in enVision\etc folder
