JamesKillilea (Customer) to rsaSFDCadmin (RSA): asked a question.
SID700 Tokens won't authenticate.
Greetings all,
Ive been banging my head against the wall for several days now. I am trying to
implement MFA login using RSA SID 700 Tokens on my company's network. This
network is an intranet and is completely air gapped. I am using Authentication
Manager 8.1, I have an RSA Box of some sort in my server rack. I have
established the link to that server from my Active Directoy. I can see all of
my users and groups. I can assign tokens to users. I have allof my local group
policy settings correctly configured and enabled. For some reason, I cannot
get my individual tokens to authenticate. Am I missing something? I can post
screenshots of my Security and Operations console's if needed. Thanks

Welcome to the RSA community! We are glad you are here and so sorry to hear
that you are having issues getting your tokens to work.
I would recommend [that you open a technical support
case](https://community.rsa.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/choose-support-case-
type) to assist you in getting the authentication issue you are having
resolved.
