New SID700 token activation question
Hello,
I have some unexpired un-used sealed SID700 tokens but the 5 pack is without a
license or activation. Is it possible to add license and activation to un-
activated tokens if I have the starting and ending serial numbers? If yes,
where would I need to go to create/renew an account and get activation for the
keys? Or are the tokens absolutely useless despite not being expired or used
yet?

Welcome to the RSA community! Fret not about your question. We were all new to
Authentication Manager at one point.
You would need to contact your RSA sales rep or reseller to discuss this. RSA
only keeps token seed media for 150 days, so if the tokens were distributed
before then, we would not be able to provide you with these files. If you
need new tokens, your sales rep or reseller can assist.
