Checking the status of RSA AM
Hi,
How to confirm correct operation of the RSA AM system?
Is there a report that would confirm that all services are working and the system is working correctly?
I would like to generate this regularly to have confirmation that the system is working properly.
Maybe this can be done using monitoring tools? Which ones? Check service responses, tcp ports?
I use the SystemLogReport template but I would like it to be more automated and faster.
The system supports SNMP v3, both puts and gets. There is also Setup > System Settings > Critical Event Notification, which will send out emails if any failures occur (replication, AD integration, certificate expiration, disk space capacity, etc.). We also have SIEM integration for syslog correlation. Any or all of these should give you what you're looking for.
