RSA MFA Agent for Microsoft Windows 2.4.2
Where can I download the MFA Agent for Windows version 2.4.2? I found the release notes for 2.4.2, and those say that 2.4.1 and is deprecated and no longer available for download. But, when I go under Downloads/RSA SecurID and search for MFA Agent for Windows, the latest version I'm seeing is 2.4.1 released on November 7th.
Suggestions?
Please be aware that version 2.4.2 has a bug related to Windows API (confirmed by Support), this broke our authentication last week where several users could not authenticate with their windows password. And yes 2.4.1 is available again.
we have a similar issue. we contacted support and they say it isnt that. do you have any follow-up support response pertaining to the 2.4.2 client and what the remediation is. thanks
strange, with RSA Case 02710496 they confirmed that developers are working to fix the bug in 2.4.2. Fallback to 2.4.1 or later version is the solution for the time being.
The latest version (2.4.3) is now available.
