Can you be more specific in your question? Are you asking questions about setting up an agent? If so, which one?
Have you looked at the articel on how to download the Authentication Manager server certificates?
I am trying to get a RSA Agent to connect to the Authentication Manager. Right now my machine won't challenge users.
Does this cert have to be installed on the agent machine?

If you are installing the MFA Agent 2.4.3, page 41 of the Installation and Administration Guide talks about how to import the trusted root certificate for Authentication Manager either with MCC or with PowerShell. Please review and let me know if that answers your questions.
