Web Tier Shows "Online, Reinstall Required" After Reinstalling RSA Authentication Manager 8.9 Web-Tier Package (after a rollback 8.9.0.2.0->8.9.0.1.0)

Hello,

Even though I followed the instructions anyway of this post : https://community.rsa.com/s/article/Web-Tier-Shows-Online-Reinstall-Required-After-Reinstalling-RSA-Authentication-Manager-8-x-Web-Tier-Package , but the error message is still the same.

    If you are still having an issue with your web tier showing that a reinstall is required after you followed the steps in the article, please review the troubleshooting logs located in located in[WT_Home]/server/logs.

     

    If you need assistance in reviewing the logs, please open a support case.
