Does AM 8.9 Patch 2 include all of the updates from Patch 1?

Yes, you can skip Patch 1 and go right to Patch 2, it includes all of those updates as well.

Thank you David. But Patch 2 Hotfix 1 would still require Patch 2 being installed first, correct?

I verified from the readme that "Note: This hotfix is cumulative. You can apply it to obtain all of the software fixes and updates that are included in the previous patches."
