webtiers status "online, reinstall required" after rollback from patch 5 to 1 for authentication manager
Hello,
In a production environment we had to roll back the update we had applied (Authentication Manager patch 1 to 5), and now we are getting an error message for the webtiers : online reinstall required.
The version of both Authentication manager servers and webtiers are 8.9.0.1.0 and unfortunatly the message still remain after many hours and days.
We have processed uninstall with the uninstaller script so we don't understand why this error is already present.
