Issue
When attempting to create a
Log Artifact file (
Admin >
Diagnostics tab >
Log Artifact tab), the file is missing the following log files:

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-106922.
The following versions and patch levels are affected:
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P09
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P03
Resolution
This issue is being investigated by the Engineering team in order to provide a permanent resolution in a future release.
Workaround
Collect the log files manually from the file system or download from the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface (Admin > System > Server Nodes tab > under Logs.)
