Issue
RSA SecurID new PIN mode with RSA ClearTrust Agent for Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) requires "Session State"
Resolution
Open Internet Services Manager and right click the "Web Site Name" (i.e. "Default Web Site"). Next, go to "Properties" > "Home Directory" tab > click "Configuration" button > click "App Options" tab. Verify that the "Enable Session State" checkbox is checked. Go back to the main screen for Internet Services Manager and follow the same instructions for the /cleartrust/ virtual directory.
